Hi! I’m Natalie - a certified 200-hour RYT and owner of The Face Garden.

I’m passionate about creating a unique yoga experience in St. Petersburg! When I’m not teaching yoga, you’ll find me at the spa where I work as an esthetician bringing holistic wellness to every client I meet. Yoga isn’t just something I teach—it’s the practice that centers me and the gift I love sharing with others. I believe in creating safe, supportive spaces where everyone can breathe, move, and grow at their own pace. My approach combines gentle guidance with positive energy to ensure everyone in my space has a wonderful experience! I’d be honored to be a part of your practice. NATALIE COOPER

Nicci is a 200-hr vinyasa trained instructor who found yoga to be her sanctuary for peace and manifestation. She brings a heart-centered approach to yoga and meditation. She’s passionate about helping students move beyond self-limiting beliefs and step into a life they’re meant to create.

As the host of her podcast ‘A Glow State Of Mind’, Nicci shares tools and conversations that inspire growth, alignment, and radiant living. Her classes weave together all of her knowledge and passion so students can soften, release and connect with their highest intentions.
